Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience at executive chef level in a golf club, resort, hotel, or restaurant
  • Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience
  • Food and safety certifications
  • Knowledge of special diets preferred
  • Proficient with POS systems, micros preferred, Microsoft Office products, and social media
  • Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred
