Job Requirements

Be on time and ready to work

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
Familiarity with the restaurant mission, software, menu details, and venue layout
Ability to stand for long periods
Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Experience with Korean cuisine
Proven leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation and menu planning
Supervise kitchen staff and manage team workflow
Maintain food and labor costs within company guidelines
Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Foster a positive team environment promoting morale and efficiency
Implement and maintain sanitation and safety policies
