Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and consistency
  • Develop and design creative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and target market
  • Manage food costing, pricing, and budgeting to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with local suppliers to source the freshest ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate food trends to keep our menu fresh and exciting
