Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Executive Chef level in a Golf Club, Resort, Hotel, or Restaurant
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Food and Safety certifications
- Knowledge of special diets (preferred)
- Proficient with POS systems (Micros preferred), Microsoft Office products, and social media
- Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte service
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

- Lead, train, develop and inspire the culinary team

- manage financial cost controls and culinary operations
