- 5+ years cooking experience
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food preparation
- Ability to understand financial goals and achieve them

- Willingness to lead by example in the kitchen
- Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds
- Capable of working extended hours in humid or extreme temperatures
