Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in culinary leadership or related role
  • prior banquet management experience required
  • proficiency in budgeting and expense management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to high standards and quality
  • willingness to coach and mentor team members
  • positive attitude and self-motivation

Job Duties

  • Oversee all back of house kitchen operations

  • foster a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement
