Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
- 3 to 5 years experience in culinary leadership or related role
- prior banquet management experience required
- proficiency in budgeting and expense management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- commitment to high standards and quality
- willingness to coach and mentor team members
- positive attitude and self-motivation
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of culinary leadership experience

Job Duties
- Oversee all back of house kitchen operations
- manage and lead culinary and banquet teams
- develop and maintain budgeting and expense controls
- plan and execute culinary services for member and private events
- coach and develop team members to improve skills and performance
- ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- foster a positive work environment focused on continuous improvement
