Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
- Five plus years of kitchen management or executive chef experience
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
- Extensive experience in banquet style events
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and lift objects with assistance
- ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties
- Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- Review monthly profit & loss statements and make necessary adjustments
- Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute all events, including food preparation, service, and cleanup
- Assist with cooking when needed
- Estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume shifts
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff including sous chefs and lead cooks
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
- Manage kitchen equipment maintenance
- Conduct sanitation audits and implement cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
- Report any critical issues to the General Manager
