Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to secure ServSafe Manager Certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute rotating menus based on resident choices and feedback
  • Ensure meal times provide a special experience for residents and guests
  • Utilize various cooking styles and focus on appealing food presentation
  • Receive and act on daily resident feedback to enhance dining experiences
  • Support recruitment, selection, scheduling and training of culinary and dining team members
  • Uphold the company Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Community Managers to align culinary services with resort lifestyle goals
