Job Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in culinary arts or related field preferred
- 3-5 years relevant culinary management experience
- Proven leadership in menu rollouts and kitchen system implementation
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to culinary safety and sanitation standards
- Must live within reasonable driving distance to assigned restaurant

Job Duties
- Partner with General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute culinary direction and uphold brand DNA
- Own the food menu including food cost management and team execution
- Deploy new menu items and oversee menu rollouts ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ensure product quality and execution of new menu items
- Conduct continuing education and research on food techniques to stay proactive and innovative
- Develop culinary foundation through training and mentoring next-generation chefs
- Provide leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
