Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years relevant culinary management experience
  • Proven leadership in menu rollouts and kitchen system implementation
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed to culinary safety and sanitation standards
  • Must live within reasonable driving distance to assigned restaurant

Job Duties

  • Partner with General Manager and Director of Culinary to execute culinary direction and uphold brand DNA
  • Own the food menu including food cost management and team execution
  • Deploy new menu items and oversee menu rollouts ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ensure product quality and execution of new menu items
  • Conduct continuing education and research on food techniques to stay proactive and innovative
  • Develop culinary foundation through training and mentoring next-generation chefs
  • Provide leadership in culinary safety, sanitation, and product education
