Job Requirements

  • Ability to manage cost controls and expenditures
  • Experience in menu planning and creation
  • Skills in inventory purchasing and management
  • Ability to lead and develop a culinary team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Minimum of three years culinary management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Previous experience managing cost controls
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to implement culinary programs
  • Commitment to quality and innovation in foodservice

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversees all culinary functions for a dining account
  • Leads and manages a team of associates
  • Ensures safety and sanitation compliance for the account
