Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including banquets, restaurants, room service, and employee dining, as well as support areas including stewarding/dish room and purchasing
  • Lead, train, and mentor a dynamic culinary team to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine
  • Maintain a hands-on leadership style, actively participating in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Foster a positive work environment and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Drive menu development, food preparation, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation across all food outlets
  • Optimize kitchen productivity, efficiency, and profitability through process improvements, performance management, and staff development
  • Align with corporate culinary standards while infusing local flair to create a unique and memorable dining experience
  • Partner with senior leadership to align culinary strategy with broader business goals
