- 6+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in upscale hotels or resorts
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated success in managing high-volume kitchen operations and developing talent
- Proven leadership skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations including banquets, restaurants, room service, and employee dining, as well as support areas including stewarding/dish room and purchasing
- Lead, train, and mentor a dynamic culinary team to consistently deliver high-quality cuisine
- Maintain a hands-on leadership style, actively participating in food preparation and kitchen management
- Foster a positive work environment and interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Drive menu development, food preparation, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Ensure consistency in quality, portion control, and presentation across all food outlets
- Optimize kitchen productivity, efficiency, and profitability through process improvements, performance management, and staff development
- Align with corporate culinary standards while infusing local flair to create a unique and memorable dining experience
- Partner with senior leadership to align culinary strategy with broader business goals
