Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary team
