About the Role

Quince & Co is currently seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary program for Tusk Events, their innovative and dynamic event division. This role demands a highly skilled leader who is not only adept in culinary excellence but also possesses strong managerial capabilities to oversee multi-unit and multi-faceted operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for directing the culinary direction of in-house events held at Officina, as well as a broad range of off-site dining experiences, ensuring that every event exudes the culinary sophistication and creative energy synonymous with the Quince & Co brand.

This position offers a unique opportunity for culinary professionals to join a world-class hospitality group and to play a significant role in crafting memorable, elevated dining experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a team with dedication and inspire creativity and precision in menu development, food preparation, presentation, and overall event execution. Collaboration with the wider Quince culinary team is essential to develop innovative high-caliber menus tailored for diverse events. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional kitchen experience with progressive responsibility
  • proven track record of managing multi-unit culinary operations
