Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of professional kitchen experience with progressive responsibility
  • proven track record of managing multi-unit culinary operations
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in fine dining, ideally within Michelin-starred or similar high-end environments
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong creative and organizational abilities
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • based in San Francisco or willing to relocate

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations for Tusk Events
  • collaborate with the Quince culinary team to develop and execute high-caliber menus
  • oversee execution of dinners at Officina and various off-site venues
  • maintain the highest standards in food quality, presentation, and service
  • hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • manage kitchen operations including budgeting, sourcing, and inventory
