Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 4 years supervisory culinary experience
- valid ServSafe certification
- strong knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP protocols
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties

- experience as a talented chef in a high-volume, customer oriented dining venue
- ability to lead with 4+ years in a supervisory role
- possession and maintenance of ServSafe certification
- strong culinary skills and creativity
- excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
Job Duties
- design delectable menu items that are pleasing to the pallet
- create specialty items that differentiate dining venues and community events
- inspire, train and coach culinary team promoting a positive team approach
- oversee food preparation including storage and handling to ensure freshness and safety protocols
- maintain compliance with HACCP standards
- manage multiple priorities in a high-volume dining environment
- ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
