Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive chef or similar role
- Proven track record in managing high-end culinary operations
- Ability to work within a structured schedule with no late-night shifts

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end resorts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a culinary team
- Extensive knowledge of modern cooking techniques and ability to innovate menus
- Expertise in creating sophisticated, health-conscious cuisine that appeals to diverse dietary needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor a passionate kitchen team to deliver high-quality, visually stunning meals
- Develop and design seasonal, chef-driven menus focusing on health-conscious and sophisticated cuisine
- Oversee kitchen operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special culinary events that enhance community engagement
- Manage inventory and procurement of premium ingredients maintaining budgetary control
- Train and develop culinary staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations in a luxury kitchen environment
