Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional culinary experience in full-service environments
- Must be able to work around 14 hours per day
- ServSafe Manager Certification strongly preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete criminal background check
- Possession of valid TWIC card required
- Willingness to live and work on board ship for 6-8 weeks at a time
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and last-minute requests
- Physical ability to stand and work for extended hours
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
