Job Description

The Daily Catch Waterfront, located at 65 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA, is a family-owned and operated Sicilian-style seafood and pasta eatery established in 1973. They have three locations in Boston and a wholesale seafood business at Boston's Fish Pier, serving local New England fish species with family recipes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef, Chef, Kitchen Manager)
  • Minimum 8 years cooking in a high-volume fast-paced full-service restaurant
  • Strong foundation of Italian cooking, seafood preparation, and culinary arts
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife-handling skills
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
