Job Description

The Daily Catch Waterfront, located at 65 Atlantic Ave, Boston, MA, is a family-owned and operated Sicilian-style seafood and pasta eatery established in 1973. They have three locations in Boston and a wholesale seafood business at Boston's Fish Pier, serving local New England fish species with family recipes.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef, Chef, Kitchen Manager)
Minimum 8 years cooking in a high-volume fast-paced full-service restaurant
Strong foundation of Italian cooking, seafood preparation, and culinary arts
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife-handling skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
