Job Requirements
- Certified Executive Chef preferred
- Minimum four years of industry and culinary management experience
- Upscale dining experience required
- Proven leadership abilities, commitment to customer service, and strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in menu development, pricing, and Microsoft Office applications
- Financial management experience in culinary labor, food, and small wares
- Ability to ensure quality standards, staff training, and safety policies adherence
