Job Description
Heritage at Irene Woods, an extraordinary senior living community investing in the future of senior living and its employees, is currently seeking an outstanding Executive Chef to oversee and direct all food production and back-of-the-house activity. The Executive Chef is expected to maintain community food service standards, manage kitchen operations efficiently, and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
Job Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree (in culinary arts program preferred)
- successful completion of recognized food safety course
- minimum of five years' experience as an Executive Chef, chef in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar setting
- minimum of three years' experience in administration and management of food service systems
- senior living community experience preferred
