Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Positive can do attitude
- Commitment to customers, clients and colleagues
- Pride in quality of food, service and presentation
- Respectful sense of humor
Job Qualifications

- Strong culinary skills and craftsmanship
- Proven commitment to innovation, teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to mentor and lead culinary staff
Job Duties
- Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
- Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses, salads and sauce work
- Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
- Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
- Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
- Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
- Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor culinary personnel
