American Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in the United States, is looking to add Executive Chefs to our shipboard team for the 2025 season on America's rivers. Our shipboard team supports a combined fleet of ships sailing through various itineraries across the nation from contemporary riverboats to paddlewheel queens for a steamboat experience. We prioritize offering a first-class dining experience at every meal, with exceptional cuisine prepared by chefs with extensive culinary credentials and training. The Executive Chef is responsible for delivering the best-tasting food and a culinary experience at every meal, ensuring top quality and presentation. This is a hands-on working position where the Executive Chef is intimately involved in all aspects of food preparation and service, directing, coaching, supporting, supervising, and evaluating the performance of all Galley Crew Members while ensuring a positive guest experience. Living onboard provides comfortable living quarters and a challenging culinary working environment with well-equipped galleys and a spectacular view.
