This is a high-profile position at a full-service hotel restaurant where enthusiasm, professional image, and flexibility are required. The role requires prior sous chef experience, with full-service hotel restaurant experience preferred. Job responsibilities include management, supervision, and coordination of all kitchen-related activities, ensuring quality preparation and presentation of menu items, and maintaining general sanitation in accordance with established Ruth's Chris Steak House standards, recipes, and procedures.
