Job Description
The company is looking for motivated and engaged individuals to enhance the travel experience for all customers. The Executive Sous Chef position supports the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily preparation of pre-designed meals for multi-customer accounts, managing chefs, cooks, and production staff in a Large Catering unit. This role ensures high-quality food services for airline clients and handles product management and waste in a high-volume and internationally diverse facility. The Executive Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef and assumes the lead chef's responsibilities when needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- culinary expertise with experience in managing Chefs, Cooks, and production teams
- proficiency in food production in a high-volume catering environment
- ability to ensure quality food service and waste management in a complex facility
- strong leadership and organizational skills
