Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in event sales preferably within a restaurant or hotel restaurant environment
- strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- proficiency in using event management and sales software
- professional demeanor and appearance with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties
- book and coordinate events ensuring all details are accurately captured and executed
- drive event sales through proactive selling showing and closing techniques
- develop and implement floor plans for events ensuring optimal layout and flow
- attend meetings with chefs operations leaders and clients to discuss event details and requirements
- provide on-site support during events addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- close out billing for events ensuring all financial aspects are handled accurately and efficiently
- conduct outreach activities to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
- manage a high volume of inbound leads maintaining a professional and timely response to all inquiries
- maintain a comprehensive understanding of Etaru's offerings to effectively sell and promote the venue
