Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in event sales preferably within a restaurant or hotel restaurant environment
  • strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • proficiency in using event management and sales software
  • professional demeanor and appearance with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • book and coordinate events ensuring all details are accurately captured and executed
  • drive event sales through proactive selling showing and closing techniques
  • develop and implement floor plans for events ensuring optimal layout and flow
  • attend meetings with chefs operations leaders and clients to discuss event details and requirements
  • provide on-site support during events addressing any issues or concerns that arise
  • close out billing for events ensuring all financial aspects are handled accurately and efficiently
  • conduct outreach activities to generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
  • manage a high volume of inbound leads maintaining a professional and timely response to all inquiries
  • maintain a comprehensive understanding of Etaru's offerings to effectively sell and promote the venue
