This steadfast commitment to quality care has established ResCare Community Living as a trusted name in the community-based care sector.

Sevita, the parent company, proudly supports over 50,000 individuals across the United States through a team of 40,000 employees dedicated to innovation and compassionate service provision. As a service provider, Sevita is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment, fostering growth, and promoting dignity for all individuals they serve. This commitment is coupled with a strong organizational culture that values inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous development for its workforce.

The Caregiver role at Sevita offers an extraordinary opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives. Working as a Caregiver, individuals will be directly involved in helping participants grow, learn, and thrive while fostering meaningful relationships with those they support. Employees experience a sense of ownership and trust from leadership, empowering them to do what’s best for each participant. The role includes supporting participants in engaging with their community and participating in activities they enjoy, as well as assisting them with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

This position requires compassion, patience, and a deep sense of commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. Sevita ensures that caregivers receive the support they need from supervisors who genuinely care about both the participants and the caregivers’ well-being, providing a stable and encouraging work environment.

The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $9.00, with additional benefits for full-time employees, such as a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off including holiday pay, and various learning and development opportunities.
