Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States with appropriate documentation
- Ability to operate vehicles requiring coordination
- Ability to walk or run for extended periods
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in outdoor parking environments with varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with guests effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments
- Ability to operate guest vehicles including manual transmission
- Previous valet experience preferred
- Ability to move quickly and sustain physical activity over shifts
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Duties
- Coordinate the full valet service process including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding promptly to inquiries
- Act as a professional brand ambassador by courteous interaction and assisting with personal items
- Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring parking areas
- Request, collect, and process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift reconciliations
