The company focuses on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction to ensure the smooth operation of parking facilities in various locations.

The ER Weekend Valet Parking Attendant position at the company operates within the dynamic environment of 6201 Harry Hines Blvd under the Operations - Field department. This part-time role offers a compensation rate of $15.38 per hour and reports directly to the Manager. It invites individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality and customer service to join a team committed to delivering top-tier valet service.

The primary responsibility of the Valet Parking Attendant is to provide safe, timely, and courteous parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. This role is essential in ensuring a positive first and last impression for guests, requiring excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to operate various types of vehicles including manual transmissions, and a commitment to upholding safety standards and local regulations.

The attendant manages the full valet process, from greeting guests and handling keys to documenting vehicle condition and issuing tickets. The role demands proficiency in using electronic devices for data entry, as well as the capacity to quickly respond to customer inquiries and needs. As a representative of the company's brand, the attendant also engages in caring assistance by opening doors and helping with guests' personal property.

In addition to direct customer interaction, the role requires managing traffic flow, ensuring vehicle security, and collaborating with other team members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations. Attendants must promptly report any incidents or claims, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safety and accountability.

Candidates for this role should be capable of working in fast-paced and sometimes outdoor conditions, handling physical demands such as walking or running for extended periods and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds. Prior experience in valet services is preferred but not mandatory, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial for success.

Reimagined Parking values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude, providing a supportive work environment where employees can thrive. The company also offers an excellent benefits package, especially for full-time employees, including paid time off, healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

Joining Reimagined Parking as a Valet Parking Attendant means becoming part of a company that prioritizes its people and aims to cultivate a rewarding workplace while delivering outstanding service to its clients. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in a customer-facing capacity within a well-structured and reputable company.
