The ER Weekend Valet Parking Attendant position at the company operates within the dynamic environment of 6201 Harry Hines Blvd under the Operations - Field department. This part-time role offers a compensation rate of $15.38 per hour and reports directly to the Manager. The primary responsibility of the Valet Parking Attendant is to provide safe, timely, and courteous parking and retrieval of guest vehicles. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States with appropriate documentation
- Ability to operate vehicles requiring coordination
- Ability to walk or run for extended periods
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in outdoor parking environments with varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Coordinate the full valet service process including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding promptly to inquiries
- Act as a professional brand ambassador by courteous interaction and assisting with personal items
- Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring parking areas
- Request, collect, and process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift reconciliations
