The company is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic District Leader to guide store teams and enhance store performance and profitability. With a salary range between $105,000 and $132,000, this full-time role offers competitive compensation based on individual qualifications.

In this leadership role, the District Leader will be responsible for cultivating a hospitable atmosphere, reinforcing Chico's FAS’s selling culture focused on hospitality, experience, and relationship building. The individual will work closely with senior field leadership and business partners to ensure consistency in brand expression, operational execution, and technological implementation across the district. Their strategic influence extends to attracting, developing, and retaining high-performance teams, empowering store leaders to embody entrepreneurial business ownership.

The ideal candidate will inspire teamwork, trust, and engagement within their teams, encouraging self-accountability and continuous professional development. Job Requirements

  • High school degree required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of multi-store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Utilizes reporting to maximize efficiencies within the district and applies appropriate solves strategies action plans
  • Stays current with the trends of the retail competitive landscape and brings innovative ideas and solutions to the business
  • Ability to read and analyze Profit Loss reports and understands the importance of driving EBITDA
