Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of five years experience in culinary management
  • at least two years experience managing multiple locations
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • proven ability to manage cost controls
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • minimum of five years of culinary management experience
  • at least two years of multi-site culinary management experience
  • high volume production and catering experience essential
  • validated experience leading cost controls
  • desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
  • willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Job Duties

  • Coordinate various corporate dining accounts
  • instruct, train, and mentor chefs
  • drive innovation in all accounts
  • lead cost controls and account expenditures
  • plan and build comprehensive menus
  • purchase and lead inventory
  • elevate the skill level of chefs in the region
  • roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary team
  • develop and communicate strategies for improving customer experience
  • provide training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality food
