Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, event coordination, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn and adapt to logistics management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Love of food and cooking
- Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus

Job Duties
- Assist the Roadshow Logistics Specialist in coordinating booth displays at Costco roadshow events nationwide
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating delivery of booth supplies and promotional materials
- Support planning and scheduling of logistics for booth setup and teardown
- Communicate with vendors, shipping carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and pickup
- Maintain accurate records of roadshow schedules, equipment inventory, and shipping documentation
- Help address logistical issues and assist in finding timely solutions
- Provide input for process improvements and contribute to implementation of best practices
- Coordinate with carriers and communicate delivery instructions
- Work closely with warehouse staff and internal teams to coordinate loading, unloading, inventory management, and order fulfillment
