Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly
- Maintain a clean, dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Handle dishwashing machines and equipment with care and according to safety guidelines
- Dispose of trash and waste in designated areas regularly
- Assist kitchen staff with additional cleaning duties as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly
