Job Duties

  • set up a clean and organized dish area before every shift
  • follow daily cleaning routines and complete all checklists
  • clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
  • keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
  • break down and remove all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
  • work closely with kitchen team to maintain clean supplies and ready stations
  • communicate with managers and teammates to anticipate and fulfill kitchen needs
  • help with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
  • keep dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
