The role of Dishwasher at Sunrise Senior Living is an essential part of the kitchen operations team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to support a safe and organized kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will be expected to set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dishwashing machines according to manufacturer guidelines, and handle the washing and sanitizing of utensils, glassware, and cookware efficiently and effectively.

In addition to routine dishwashing duties, you will also engage in maintaining accurate temperature and sanitation logs, completing daily and weekly cleaning assignments, and cleaning kitchen floors, equipment, and prep areas. The role requires adherence to OSHA and food safety regulations at all times, ensuring the kitchen remains compliant with health and safety standards. Supporting the dining service staff when needed and assisting with the storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies are also important functions of this position.
