The Dishwasher position at Sunrise Senior Living is essential to the smooth operation of the community's kitchen and dining services. This role supports kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitary work areas and ensuring that all dishware, cookware, and equipment comply with food safety and sanitation standards. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining dishwashing stations, operating dish machines according to manufacturer instructions, and sanitizing all kitchen items efficiently and effectively. Beyond cleaning duties, this role contributes to maintaining accurate temperature and sanitation logs, completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks, and assisting with the proper storage, labeling, and rotation of kitchen supplies.
