The position we are highlighting is part of what Chili's calls the 'Heart of House'—our Kitchen Team Member role. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness that Chili's is known for. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen operations by ensuring all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment are thoroughly washed and kept in pristine condition. Your efforts contribute directly to the smooth and efficient flow of the kitchen during every shift.

You will also be expected to keep the dish room and equipment clean and orderly, which helps maintain a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members and visitors. Working swiftly to keep pace with the dynamic, fast-moving kitchen atmosphere is essential. This role requires some flexibility, including the ability to work shifts on weekends and holidays.
