Job Requirements

ability to wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
capability to wash all equipment, mats, and walls in dish work area and office
organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean
ability to handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
commitment to keeping outside of diner clean and free of debris
observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and adequate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
willingness to bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster

Job Qualifications

experience as a dish washer in a fast-paced work environment
working knowledge of loading rinsed items into dish machine, running and unloading it
experience assisting in stocking deliveries
