preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
ability to lift and push 50 lbs

Job Duties

Responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, and dishes according to sanitation requirements
keeping the dish pit organized
maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
remove all trash from dishwashing station
