We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team in the role of Food Preparation Specialist. This position is crucial in ensuring that the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are consistently met according to established recipes, procedures, quality expectations, and delivery timeliness. The Food Preparation Specialist will play an integral role in preparing food items according to company standards, maintaining safe and sanitary work environments in compliance with OSHA guidelines, and supporting various food preparation tasks as needed.

This is a flexible role which requires the candidate to be adaptable in working a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and take initiative in their duties. They must also consistently practice safe food handling and ensure proper food storage and inventory management to uphold company policies and regulations. Beyond food prep tasks, the individual will handle receiving, rotating, and stocking food items to maintain freshness and minimize waste.

The compensation for this position is $10.70 per hour, which reflects the responsibilities and commitment expected from the candidate.
