Job Requirements

  • Must meet U.S work eligibility requirements and be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have independent, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to teach, train, manage, and lead a team
  • Knowledge of basic financial aspects of restaurant operations including P&L, cost effect on profitability, sales, and management compensation

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • Minimum 5 years of successful contract food service management experience
  • Knowledge of hospital food service and nutrition operations
  • Excellent financial, budgetary, and accounting skills
  • Experienced in client relationship management
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
  • Good analytical and planning skills
  • Ability to teach, train, manage, and lead a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure operational excellence by resolving daily issues promptly without needing direct supervision
  • Act as a role model for core values and challenge others to uphold them
  • Develop staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Take personal responsibility for resolving customer or client service problems to achieve 100% satisfaction
