Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of prior experience as a restaurant server with knowledge of dining etiquette
- excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- ability to efficiently multi-task, actively listen, and work collaboratively with team members
- demonstrated leadership skills and a willingness to learn in a hands-on, hospitality-focused role

Job Duties
- Supervise and support servers in the dining room manager's absence
- deliver attentive, personalized service to assigned tables in our in-house restaurant
- accurately take orders, respond to menu inquiries, and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- ensure that orders are presented at the correct temperature and with appealing presentation and accuracy
- prepare and set up the dining area for service, ensuring that all utensils, condiments, and drinks are readily available
- collaborate with residents and various departments to plan and execute special dining events and celebrations
- assist the dining room manager with the room service operations
- maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure guest needs are met throughout each meal service
