The company is currently seeking a seasoned and dedicated Dining Director to lead its food service team. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $62,400 to $66,000, dependent on experience. The Dining Director will be responsible for managing the entire dining service operation, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and prepared in accordance with established standards. This role is critical in supporting the well-being of residents by overseeing food preparation, scheduling staff, maintaining supply inventories, and budgeting. In addition to hands-on leadership, the Dining Director will serve as the primary liaison for all dining services within the community, reinforcing the high standards and policies of Peregrine Senior Living.

Job Requirements

Minimum of three years of food service and staff management experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality meals while maintaining presentation standards and controlling costs
Experience managing a schedule of full time, part time, and per diem employees
Associate degree or equivalent two-year degree in hotel/restaurant management, food service administration, or a related field preferred

Job Duties

Supervise, develop, and schedule all dining staff in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards
Assist in developing the annual Dining Services operating budget
Order and maintain adequate food and departmental supplies in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards
Serve as the liaison for all aspects of Dining Services within the community
Ensure meals are prepared according to approved menus and standardized recipes, are nutritious and appetizing, and are presented in an attractive manner
