Job Requirements

  • Must be age 18 or older
  • Must have kitchen experience
  • Part-time flexible to schedule 25-39 hours a week
  • Available between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required
  • Ensure quality and safety of food
  • Comfortable speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interest in preparing handling and cooking food
  • Interest in product knowledge
  • Understand that you have the power to impact customers and coworkers day in a positive way

Job Duties

  • Maintain the hot foods case pasta bar burrito bar wing bar and rotisserie chickens
  • Follow Kowalski's procedures for preparation handling sanitation freshness and quality
  • Manage time effectively to prepare for lunch and dinner rushes
  • Communicate with deli staff to keep all areas freshly stocked
  • Follow strict health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents injuries or illnesses
  • Provide energetic and helpful customer service
  • Work independently to ensure quality and efficiency
