Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- prior experience with food handling and cooking, preferably in a grocery setting, and leadership experience required
- ability to coach, train, develop, and motivate a team
- strong knowledge of local and state health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- ability to problem solve, make independent decisions, and delegate responsibilities effectively
- strong sense of urgency, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Products
- availability for flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
