Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Lead and manage assigned areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- Ensure the restaurant is properly staffed and organized according to shift schedules through efficient task delegation, break rotations, and job assignments
- Supervise team members to maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and service
- Assist in onboarding and training new crew members in all areas of restaurant operations
- Provide coaching and feedback to hourly employees to support ongoing development and performance improvement
- Ensure all guest service standards are met or exceeded, including quality, value, and cleanliness
- Handle minor guest complaints with professionalism and escalate more serious concerns to management when necessary
- Support the execution of instore promotions and marketing efforts by ensuring proper team communication and guest engagement at the point of sale
- Complete shiftbased cash handling procedures and accountability reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Foster a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication
- Maintain consistent communication with management regarding shift performance, employee concerns, and operational issues
- Perform the duties of all hourly, nonmanagement positions as needed
- Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management
- Serve as a dependable point of contact and decisionmaker during shift operations
