The opportunity at Uline’s Kenosha branch offers a pivotal role as a Customer Service Representative working overnight shifts. This full-time position comes with an attractive pay range from $29 to $34 per hour, including a $4 shift differential, and substantial growth and earning potential within the company. The role involves working either a 4-day or 5-day on-site schedule including weekends, based out of the Kenosha facility located at 12355 Uline Way, Kenosha, WI.
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you become an essential part of delivering the legendary service that Uline customers rely on. You will be deeply engaged in processing orders, confidently making product recommendations, and addressing account inquiries using cutting-edge technology and software. This position requires an in-depth understanding of Uline’s product offerings, pricing, and shipping options so you can answer customer questions promptly and accurately, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This role goes beyond simple transactional interactions; it is about building meaningful business relationships with clients through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will be actively helping customers navigate Uline’s online ordering system and website, making the purchasing process seamless and efficient. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but willing to train candidates eager to learn
- Ability to work full-time overnight shifts including weekends
- Drug-free workplace compliance by passing pre-employment hair follicle drug screening
