Job Duties
- Attend a 19-week paid training program to acquire skills and certifications in menu planning, catering, expert cooking techniques, culinary art design, food preparation, food storage, inventory management, sanitation standards, forecasting, food inspection, food quality standards, cleanliness standards, station establishment, hospitality services, and temperature control point
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness during preparation and service
- Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage practices
- Provide hospitality services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Comply with all sanitation and safety regulations
- Utilize forecasting and food inspection techniques to maintain quality
- Establish and manage cooking stations efficiently
