The Culinary Manager, working under the Proprietor’s leadership, is responsible for supporting all aspects of the restaurant’s operation, including enhancing team performance, guaranteeing guest satisfaction, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring financial goals are met. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years as a chef, culinary manager or kitchen manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale or fine dining environment preferred
  • experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • knowledge of food cost, labor cost and waste management
  • physical ability to withstand temperatures from 30 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
  • ability to work up to 10-12 hours a day
  • ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs for distances up to 10 ft
  • stable job history
