The role of Corporate Marketing Manager at HEI is a key position responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and actively participating in marketing strategy development and public relations efforts for HEI's lifestyle and independent hotel brands. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary performance bonuses. The Corporate Marketing Manager will be integral in managing quarterly marketing calendars, developing annual programming initiatives, and building strategic partnerships that benefit all lifestyle hotel properties under HEI's portfolio. Additionally, the role involves assisting with new food and beverage concept development, participating in monthly PR, digital, and social media calls, supervising onsite photoshoots, and creating strategic content assets including press materials related to programming, partnerships, and new launches. The manager will also handle marketing aspects during new property transitions and coordinate onsite visits for reviews, meetings, and key events. Onboarding new marketing team members and enterprise directors of marketing forms part of the managerial responsibilities. The position further entails launching social media campaigns, overseeing email marketing efforts for new programming including F&B, spa, and room packages, and effectively communicating initiatives with above-property teams and ownership. Support to hotel team members and any other assigned duties are also expected. This role requires strong multitasking capabilities, excellent communication skills to influence leaders, and a thorough understanding of enterprise marketing systems to ensure compliance and trend analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe creative tools is essential to developing impactful marketing campaigns and materials.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of past public relations/marketing experience
  • essential prior experience in the field of hospitality with specific experience working with lifestyle and/or independent brands
  • ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel

  • ability to leverage brand and enterprise processes and systems to support compliance, identify trends and support execution of strategies
  • excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • strong analytical skills, ability to identify relevant data and leverage to positively impact hotel revenues
  • ability to effectively communicate and influence key leaders in the organization

Job Duties

  • Oversee quarterly marketing calendars for all lifestyle HEI hotels

  • coordinate onsite visits for on property reviews, strategic partnership meetings, and key events/activations
  • onboarding of new on property marketing team members and Enterprise Directors of Marketing
  • launch of new quarterly social media campaigns for all lifestyle hotels
  • oversee email marketing for new programming, partnerships, F&B, spa and room packages for lifestyle hotels
  • communicate PR and marketing initiatives monthly to above property teams and ownership
