The Corporate Event Planner role at SPOON Events is a full-time position based in Rochester, New York, offering an annual salary between $60,000 and $65,000. This role is crucial in managing the entire lifecycle of corporate events—from initial concept development to post-event follow-up. The position demands a high degree of organization, multitasking ability, and proactive problem-solving skills. The planner is responsible for logistical coordination, vendor negotiation, budget management, timeline oversight, and quality control. Acting as a critical link between clients and internal teams, the planner ensures clear and consistent communication, facilitating smooth operation and successful event execution.
