1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook
ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency
work a variety of cook stations from sautéing to grilling orders
create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces
maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards
collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences
maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
