- 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a cook
- ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency
- work a variety of cook stations from sautéing to grilling orders
- create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards
- collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences
- maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
- restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
