Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • willingness to comply with vaccination, screening, and PPE policies as required for health and safety

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong culinary skills including knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and resident-centered service
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food preparation
